Jan 1990, Ten Years Ago, Otis Chandler announced the purchase of his third
Duesenberg, the 1931 J-168 Special Phaeton shown above. Purchased from
Dee Howard of San Antonia, Texas. Yet Zahn's list says he is the
original owner.
